What is the course about?
As part of the Art and Design (Fine Art) BTEC Foundation Diploma course you will study a range of traditional skills, as well as experimental approaches to drawing, painting, sculpture, print and photography.
You will be encouraged to investigate a broad range of materials and processes, and will develop a portfolio that supports your application to study at undergraduate degree level.
This course can lead to a range of undergraduate degrees, including Fine Art, Architecture, Interior Design and Photography.
What do I need to get on the course?
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or 1 A Level and 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent
- IELTS 5.5 (with at least 5.0 in each component,) or equivalent
- A satisfactory portfolio of work
How much does it cost?
The Art and Design (Fine Art) BTEC Foundation Diploma course costs £6,500 per year. You will be required to pay a deposit of £3,000 before you enrol, and complete your payment after you have enrolled. The fee includes your tuition, but does not include any accommodation, living or travel expenses.
